About this role
KPMG's International Tax practice in New York is recruiting a Tax Associate for a Summer/Fall 2027 start. The role sits with the team that advises multinational groups on cross-border tax: choosing where to operate, structuring global supply chains and mobilising capital. Day to day that includes supporting structuring work on mergers, acquisitions and IPOs, preparing the international parts of tax provisions and US federal returns, helping audit teams with the tax side of financial statement audits, and producing models, slide decks and memos with coaching from colleagues. The firm also expects associates to build skills in tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and AI. Graduates finishing between November 2026 and September 2027 are the target, and KPMG recruits on a rolling basis. The degree requirements are spelled out on the posting itself. Full details and the application are on KPMG's careers site.
