About this role
A Tax Associate role in KPMG's International Tax practice in New York, aimed at law students and recent graduates with a JD or an LLM in taxation. The work centres on advising multinational clients on cross-border questions: where to operate, how to shape supply chains and how to raise capital for global operations. You'd also support structuring advice for deals such as mergers, joint ventures and IPOs, prepare the international elements of tax provisions and US federal returns, and build models, slide decks and memos with coaching from the engagement team. A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred. Applicants must already be authorised to work in the US, since KPMG states it will not sponsor visas for this position. The start window is Summer/Fall 2027, for graduates finishing between November 2026 and September 2027. Full details and the application are on KPMG's careers site.
