A full-time (Senior) Consultant role in EY-Parthenon's Execution Tech team, aimed at graduates. The team advises companies and investors on technology due diligence across the whole deal lifecycle: assessing IT organization and operating models, application landscapes, infrastructure and cloud set-ups, IT contracts and costs, plus product roadmaps, tech stacks, R&D and software development maturity. The goal is to spot risks, value drivers and transformation needs, and to turn findings into recommendations for investors and management, in acquisitions, carve-outs and integrations.
