Assistants work with their team on annual and consolidated financial statements under HGB and IFRS, analyze financial information, processes and internal controls, and use data analytics and AI-supported tools to make audits sharper. Along the way there are glimpses of Technology Risk, IT Audit, ESG Reporting and Forensic & Compliance, with several rotations and a choice of assurance specialty after 24 months, backed by regular feedback and mentoring.
